The terms and conditions detailed below apply to all users
Section 1: Booking Conditions
- 1.1. SC PARKING LTD. will make every effort to ensure that your confirmation voucher is emailed to the address you provide at the time of booking. If you do not receive your confirmation, it is your responsibility to contact us immediately. Failure to show up for your reservation without prior cancellation, or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking date, will result in no refund.
- 1.2. Payment Policy: By making a booking, you authorize Travel Extra Deals Ltd. to charge your credit or debit card for the full amount of your booking. You are responsible for ensuring that your card details are correct and up to date. Any dispute regarding payments should be reported to our support team within 24 hours of the transaction.
- 1.3. SC PARKING LTD. is an agent for car parks and does not assume liability for car park operations. However, SC PARKING LTD. will accept liability for processing errors and negligence, if proven, but such claims must be submitted before the vehicle leaves the car park.
- 1.4. The car park will be liable for any proven acts of negligence on their part. No claims will be considered once your vehicle has left the site. It is your responsibility to check your vehicle before departure.
- 1.5. Refund and Cancellation Policy: If you cancel a booking, refunds will only be issued if the cancellation is made more than 48 hours in advance of your scheduled parking time, subject to an administrative fee of £15.00. Non-refundable bookings, including special offers and promotional rates, will not be eligible for refunds.
Section 2: Complaints Procedure
- 2.1. All complaints must be submitted in writing, along with full details of the issue, within 24 hours of returning to the UK.
- 2.2. Complaints will receive a response within 5 business days, unless otherwise notified of delays.
- 2.3. Disputes regarding charges or services must be directed to our support team within 48 hours of experiencing the issue, and all claims regarding car park damages must be made before leaving the car park or terminal.
- 2.4. Data Protection: We comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. Your information will only be used for booking, payment, and customer support purposes, and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary to provide the service.
- 2.5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes: If you dispute a charge with your card issuer (Visa/Mastercard), you must also notify SC PARKING LTD. immediately. Failure to do so may delay the resolution process.
Section 3: Limitation of Liability
- 3.1. SC PARKING LTD acts solely as a booking agent, facilitating reservations between customers and independent service providers. SC PARKING LTD does not own, operate, or control any of the services offered and is not responsible for the actions or omissions of the service providers.By making a booking through SC PARKING LTD, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of both SC PARKING LTD and the selected service provider. It is imperative that you read and understand the service provider's terms, including their policies on cancellations, amendments, liability, and insurance, before completing your booking. Although SC PARKING LTD assists you in making a booking, your service delivery contract will be with your chosen service provider and not SC PARKING LTD. As such you will be subject to their Terms and Conditions which may contain exemption clauses and limit each company's liability. Full details of these are available from the individual car park.
- 3.2. SC PARKING LTD liability is strictly limited to losses arising directly from its own negligence in processing bookings. SC PARKING LTD is not liable for any acts, omissions, or negligence of the service providers, including but not limited to vehicle damage, theft, or delays.
- 3.3. Any claims related to delivery of the car parking services including loss and damages must be made against the service provider and are subject to its terms and conditions. A copy of which can be provided by the respective service provider.
- 3.4. Vehicles are parked at the owner's risk. SC PARKING LTD does not accept liability for any loss or damage to vehicles or their contents. Customers should ensure that no valuables are left in the vehicle and that they have adequate personal insurance coverage. SC PARKING LTD offers no warranty or indemnity as to the protection or safety of vehicles left in the car parking premises or any goods left within the vehicles and owners of vehicles are reminded that their own insurance policies must be utilized in order to make any claim if such loss or damage occurs while the vehicle is parked with service provider.
- 3.5. The total liability for SC PARKING LTD to the client for all applicable claims arising from the use of this website and booking process is limited to the cost of the client's booking including both parking and booking fees paid to SC PARKING LTD as per the contract. SC PARKING LTD accepts no liability for any consequential loss or losses arising, including, but not exclusively, any loss of profit, additional costs, enjoyment, revenue or earnings. Customers should ensure they have adequate travel insurance in place to cover such losses.
- 3.7. While SC PARKING LTD strives to ensure the accuracy of information, it cannot guarantee or continuously monitor the accuracy of details provided by service providers. If SC PARKING LTD becomes aware of any inaccuracies within its control, it will take reasonable steps to update this information promptly. Customers are encouraged to review service provider terms and verify details before booking.
- 3.9. SC PARKING LTD does not endorse, inspect, or guarantee the standards, security measures, or practices of any service provider listed on our platform. Information about services is provided by the service providers themselves. Customers are advised to review all relevant details and, if necessary, contact the service provider directly for additional information before completing a booking.

- 4.1. Data Collection: SC PARKING LTD. collects personal information required to process your booking, including your name, email address, vehicle details, and payment information. This data is securely stored and will only be shared with the service provider.

Section 5: Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- 5.1. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
- 5.2. Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
